Power Vinyasa

This class may alternate between the Baron Baptiste power vinyasa flow, Ashtanga, and other yoga styles. These physically challenging classes are more of a flow style, and may introduce more challenging balancing postures, including arm balances, and a greater focus on strength building. To grow our yoga practice these classes may also involve both seated meditation and longer savasanas. Straps and blocks might also be a part of the practice.

As the holds are longer and the postures are a bit more challenging, we recommend that you have completed at least 10-20 classes.
